At Naturtint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical hair care experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
